Access your Health Records\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you’re registered with Italy’s national health service, the SSN, you can consult your own records online via what the government calls a\u00a0fascicolo sanitario elettronico<\/i>\u00a0or ‘electronic health record’. You’ll find the details of care you received at both public and private facilities, if they’re connected with the regional health system.<\/p>\n

How do I access my Electronic Health Record?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can access by having the Health Card-CNS <\/strong>already activated <\/strong>and a smart card reader or SPID <\/a><\/u><\/strong>credentials, <\/strong>at the address: https:\/\/fascicolosanitario.sanita.finanze.it\/FseHomeWeb\/accesso.jsp<\/a> \u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

OR if you have the newer plastic Carta di Identita you will use the CIE method<\/a> (Carta Identita Electronica) There is a another\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you have not already done so, you can activate your TS-CNS at one of the counters in charge at the ASL Offices you belong to<\/a><\/u>, in this way you will be given a pin code matched to your TS-CNS card that you will have to use when accessing the FSE.<\/p>\n

We assume you already have SPID credentials:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Connect to the address https:\/\/fascicolosanitario.sanita.finanze.it\/FseHomeWeb\/accesso.jsp<\/a><\/u>, log in by clicking on the appropriate box that identifies the SPID credentials;<\/li>\n
  2. Enter your credentials and give CONSENT to the consultation <\/strong>by clicking on the appropriate link on the left;<\/li>\n
