Le Marche is the region just to the north of Abruzzo. Like Abruzzo, the terrain is rolling green hills hiding caves and waterfalls, valleys full of vineyards, busy beach front lido’s and grand hilltop castles. These can all be done individually as day trips, or one could spend a long weekend and go to several towns and even independent countries. So far we have visited. San Marino, Loreto, Cattolica, Gardara and Cattolica.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

One approach in exploring this area is to select or or more places that have lots of hotels and restaurants and use it as a base to stay a few days and go out on trips to individual attractions to visit. Picking a place along the Adriatic is never a bad idea, and it just so happens, you will not want for choice.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
